2011年3月23日，巴塞爾於2011年巴塞爾世界鐘錶展，勞力士推出五款來自著名蠔式系列的腕錶，每款均為品牌卓越製錶技術的非凡演繹。

這些腕錶均環繞一個共同的主題，鼓勵佩戴者挑戰極限、不斷尋求突破。不論在海洋、車賽、探險及藝術領域，甚或人生中的重要時刻，只要是講求出色表現、優雅氣質及非凡精準度的領域，勞力士腕錶都是成功人士與專業人士的可靠之選。

勞力士今年推出的新款腕錶均來自其旗艦系列，除承襲傳統設計並加以改良，更注入創新的科技與美學元素。而於1971年面世的OYSTER PERPETUAL EXPLORER II，便於今年慶祝推出40周年。此錶款不僅象徵了勞力士與探險領域間的密切關係，也是眾多探險征程的必備時計。於2011年推出的Explorer錶款，其錶殼直徑更擴大至42mm，並配備勞力士新款3187型機芯。這款機芯裝配兩項勞力士的專利技術﹕PARAFLEX緩震裝置及抗磁性PARACHROM游絲。此外，Explorer II的24小時指針亦再次回歸1971年經典的橙色及箭頭設計。而黑色錶面款式中，特別的「phantom」效果令指針彷似浮動於錶面上。

2011年新款腕錶的其他創新技術還包括由勞力士研發並獲取專利的CERACHROM，一款高科技、防刮損、不褪色且抗侵蝕的陶質外圈。此項技術再次應用於今年推出的OYSTER PERPETUAL YACHT-MASTER II革命性賽艇時計，設有機械式記憶設定倒數計時功能。

傳奇的OYSTER PERPETUAL COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA新款腕錶更配備黑色外圈款式，這項特色乃承襲自1965年的原款腕錶設計。

以永恆玫瑰金打造的新款YACHT-MASTER II及COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA腕錶，均散發出18ct粉紅金合金無與倫比的深邃色調和光澤。這種粉紅金材質不僅由勞力士鑄造廠自行鑄造，並已獲取專利。其中，DAYTONA的整個錶殼便以這種高貴材質製成。而新款YACHT-MASTER II 的ROLESOR金鋼設計便選用了這種永恆玫瑰金材質。於1933年，勞力士便已為腕錶的18ct金及鋼組合設計——「ROLESOR」之名註冊。新款OYSTER PERPETUAL YACHT-MASTER II是首款配有ROLESOR金鋼設計的蠔式專業系列腕錶，配備金鋼錶殼及錶帶。現有系列更備有18ct黃金及白色黃金款式以供選擇。
永恆玫瑰金與ROLESOR金鋼設計，亦同樣可見於本年於巴塞爾世界推出的兩款女裝腕錶，不僅因而散發迷人魅力，且不失所有蠔式腕錶一貫具備的精準表現及可靠性能。藉著在錶圈鑲嵌璀燦耀目的鑽石，配以由獨特且珍貴材質精心打造的錶面，展現女性柔美的氣質。

OYSTER PERPETUAL DATEJUST SPECIAL EDITION是首款以18ct永恆玫瑰金製造的34mm錶款，在外圈鑲有12顆鑽石外，搪金白色或黑色珍珠母幻彩錶面上，更呈現出精緻的金質圖案。除今年新款DATEJUST SPECIAL EDITION腕錶外，現有系列備有黃金或白色黃金款式選擇。

新款OYSTER PERPETUAL LADY-DATEJUST 26 mm黃金鋼或白色黃金鋼腕錶上，耀目的鑲鑽外圈與獨特的金晶珍珠母綻放出讓人目眩神迷的光芒。繼勞力士自2009年分別推出36mm及31mm款式後，此新款腕錶現在更以26mm女裝款式隆重登場。
